Consultation and Design
Through a series of meetings and ongoing communication, we help to define the exact systems to meet your needs. The scope of the project and supporting detail are laid out in a series of industry-recognized functional drawings and elevations, accounting for every cable, connector and component in the system. There is no ‘figure it out as we go’ approach. The project is well-defined and managed throughout the process, and any changes which occur are properly documented. At the project’s completion, we provide you with detailed as-built drawings to record exactly how the system is installed.
Installation
Our installation team is well-trained and experienced to handle both new construction and retrofit/renovation projects. We equip our people with the tools and techniques necessary to complete the project on time and with professional results.
Project Management
Our attention to detail does not end with the design phase. We are either on-site or available throughout the project to ensure the entire necessary infrastructure and components are in place to achieve the goals outlined in the project documents.
Programming and Calibration
Once installed, each system is thoroughly programmed and tested to make sure it is fully functional and performing at the highest level. We don’t just plug it in and leave. We will also calibrate audio and video systems to ensure you are getting the best possible experience from the A/V system.
Training
Last but certainly not least, once the installation us completed, all members of your household will be trained in the system capabilities and use.
