Our licensed therapists specially trained in home modifications will visit your home to complete a thorough assessment of both the house itself and the specific requirements of the persons living there.

This process is provided based on three primary aspects:

Client Evaluation:

Evaluation of physical, cognitive and functional status to determine needs and maximize independence at home.

Home Evaluation:

Comprehensive analysis of the interior and exterior living environment, including entry barriers, spatial layout and design features of rooms such as bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen and laundry area.

Recommendations:

List of recommendations including design to maximize accessibility and safety, adaptive equipment and aging-in-place technology.
